Princeton looking to rename many of their buildings starting with this one

Princeton is looking to rename many of their buildings starting with this one as the US is changing in it's the recognition of past important and historic people of the country ..first statues and now names.. Good or bad for the county? but in either case the country is changing by not recognizing or trying to hide it's past history and people ...

It seems that many people are fired or forced out due to "incorrect" pc speech, whether in the past or the present,, but not college profs with tenure, and maybe civil servants. Not sure how that is done since the usa has "free speech" and an amendment. But, it seems to be common.

It's funny Ray, no one here has anything good to say about Woodrow Wilson, but if Princeton comes to the same conclusion, then somehow it's a huge deal.

Princeton did NOT come to the same conclusion--Wilson hasn't been condemned for the anti-German hysteria whipped up by the Dept. of Propaganda he created, for the concentration camps he set up to confine US citizens arrested for such crimes as speaking German in public, for his duplicity in allowing food & arms to be provided to Britain on credit while proclaiming neutrality, or anything else pertaining to America's totally gratuitous involvement in WWI.

But he said he admired Birth of a Nation (still, to this day, truest film about the CW ever made), & for THAT he is being erased from the history of Princeton, where he was President before going into politics.
