Look we were all there....Hope Hicks said "hey there's some good TV for you here" and for awhile Trump bought in and he even declared he was a war President, for Covid. Well what kind of war did he wage? Not a balls-to-the-walls WW2 effort, more of a Vietnam-style "meh" war right? Politicians are blamed for Vietnam going south, so let a politician own this one too. Nobody held a gun to Trump's head to get him to make that declaration. So don't be quick to let him off the hook.
