What Are The Chances That Biden's Victory Will Be Overturned By The Supreme Court?

I am not referring to wishful thinking, but to realistic concerns. Obviously, the Federal Courts are reluctant to get involved in any election. However, in this case the fraud was on a truly massive scale. Instances include the exclusion of poll watchers in Philadelphia and enormous use of fake mail-in ballots.

In addition to this the Democrats used a software program called Dominion which automatically switched 6000 votes in Michigan from Trump to Biden. This program was also used in every contested state where Biden won.

On our side Trump is a really tough fighter and not an easily frightened wimp like some of those who went before him.

I am only interested in reasoned, intelligent replies. The 3 stooges can bow out.

Sid, due to all the built in fraud that can't be proven such as blocking observers, mail in ballots and pallets of pre-marked ballots, the democrats have a proven success record. Add to that some states don't require photo ID's or signatures. All in all it would be hard for the judges to award the outcome to Trump w/o concrete evidence.

Someone here mentioned long ago that probably 1/4 to 1/3 the population of the U.S. were NOT citizens when you count the illegals, dreamer illegals, green card holders, visa holders, exchange students, and other "visitors".

These people obviously vote and we know how they vote.

The system is broken and has been broken for many years. The democrats like it just as it is and it isn't apt to be changed even when we have a majority of GOP in the house and senate since so many of them are paid off RINO's.

The national party is putting out a call for volunteers to say there was voter fraud. Even with no evidence, the party will back them, as part of Trump's strategy.

If this is the card they have to play, then it's a safe bet we will have the chance on 20 January to toast the health of the incoming President.

Sorry ... 50% + of American Citizens voted against Donald J. ... with no fraud.... just a simple 50 % + vote. Sorry, but that is just the way it is .

Come on back in four years and we'll whine about this again.

            Being a minority sucks..... doesn't it ?

Interesting observation about Harris.... culturally she's out of the West Indies and India proper, which is to say out of the British Empire. Do people know that the single largest group of English speakers are in India? She's a regular John Adams, from a certain point of view.

                    And this:

Trump first said it was going to be at the Four Seasons. Everyone assumed it was the hotel, but he later clarified it was Four Seasons Total Landscaping.

The "Four Seasons" turning out to be a landscaping business and not the hotel is something right out of Spinal Tap, or Veep, or some other satire.

Genuinely funny regardless of one's political views.

My view from the beginning has been a statistical breakdown of the way all the 'day after' ballots rode to Biden's rescue will demonstrate fraud and ballot stuffing.

Whether to Supremes will hear the case is another question. They may be fooled into thinking the Right will quietly march into the boxcars. They may be very wrong.

Everyone knew going in that absentee ballots are counted last, and that there was a significant break in many areas between who voted by mail and who did not. Trump Inc. encouraged his voters to avoid the post office, and put a hack in place at the USPS to slow down service. If you want a USPS voting scandal, you can have one with DeJoy. How many links do you want to writers discussing this exact scenario, of early counts favoring Trump and the balance shifting to Biden as the votes are counted?

Want a reform? Let states count mail-in ballots early. A few do, most do not. That will end the suspense, but also deprive GOP with the kind of conspiracy smack to which their voters have become addicted.

I notice also that most of the people complaining about stolen elections are supremely bad at mathematics.

Pennsylvania law required ballots to be received by the close of the polls. 'Rat SoS decided to extend that for three days. That was when the fraud was put into motion.

maybe they use the same math that is used to calculate Covid deaths??

meanwhile, there have been some discussion on the web about the breakdown (as in counts) of absentee ballots, and how in some instances they ALL went for biden,
which is a bit of an oddity,
