It should be voided! It relies on fining people who don't participate.

Now how can you fine someone without giving them a trial?

The XVI Amendment says the Congress can tax INCOME without apportionment, but this clearly would not be an income tax.

If President Harris [slo Joe is now gone] finds herself in the position of Obamacare being struck down will she simply over ride the Supreme Court? Does the Majority of the Court then weigh in and over rule her? Things are going to get real interesting real quick in finding another "Constitutional Crisis" as the MSM refers to it.
