Biden’s cancer charity spent $3.7million on salaries but distributed ZERO

Joe Biden’s cancer charity spent more than $3.7million on staff salaries but distributed ZERO towards research grants over two years, tax filings reveal

Documents showed the charity received $4,809,619 and spent $3,070,301 on staff salaries between 2017 and 2018

Gregory Simon, the charity’s president, received $429,850 in fiscal year 2018
The Biden Cancer Initiative spent nearly $1million on travel and conference expenses in those two fiscal years

Joe and Jill Biden founded the charity in 2017 after his oldest son, Beau Biden, died of a brain cancer diagnosis

Is the charity trying to directly fund research or do something related, like coordinate research activities to improve efficiencies in the field? It's not just about giving money to eggheads to spend in their labs. The fact that the records are open is a good sign that they're not trying to hide anything.

It wasn't too much earlier than this that Biden poured praise out for Beth Holmes and patted her on the back for having "The laboratory of the future... Now her laboratory is working 24/7 on a vaccine for the COVID and will have it in a day or two.

NEWARK (CBS SF) – U.S. Vice President Joe Biden toured a medical manufacturing facility in Newark on Thursday that he called a “laboratory of the future.”
Elizabeth Holmes, who founded Theranos in 2003, led Biden through a tour of her company’s facility, which included a mock-up of the company’s wellness center and displayed some of the company’s equipment.

Isn't this what Democratic charities do?

That is typical of charities which are mostly con jobs.
The Salvation Army is the only one I give to (I donate and buy items).

Before giving to a charity, download their Form 990. One thing I look for is grants to OTHER charities.

They say, "Well, of COURSE we gave a gazillion dollars to Habitat for Humanity. They're such a wonderful organization!"

And I reply, "If I want to give my money to Habitat for Humanity (or any other organization you've given grants to) I can do it myself, directly, and not have to pay you a 15% pass through fee. You guys keep giving grants to each other, and taking a percentage with each transaction. It's like a lump of ice passing from one red-hot hand to another. By the time it gets to the intended recipient, there's nothing left but a wisp of steam."

Charities are run by professional organizations which charge for their services.
If the charity fails to bring in enough cash to cover their fee then the hirees have to pay the difference.

Wonder how much of the money collected went to pay Organized Crime in Philly and Detroit for "votes" gathered? The Democratic Party and Organized Crime have walked hand in hand for at least 60 years or longer.
