    Does the Supreme Court have the authority to remove an elected President?

    This has never happened before but it may be a possibility in this election. The Supremes generally work very slowly and may reach a conclusion that the election was a fraud after Biden was installed.

    I would be interested in intelligent responses which of course excludes The Three Stooges.

    I'd guess that would be up the Senate. Even if the Supremes
    heard the case they would defer to Senate for action.
