What happens if the election result is declared null and void ?...

If it is proven without doubt to various Courts and finally the SCOTUS
that election fraud was widespread and orchestrated by the democrat
machine, what happens then ? Are new elections called ? Does Trump
remain President pending the result or does Nancy become temporary
CinC. If that were to happen, what powers would she have ? Surely
there would be some restraint on a interim position. I would hope.
I don't think the Constitution covers something like this.

    We're beyond that happening.

As RKT said, not this time, not this election.

However, there will be a price paid for the attempt.

My understanding is if neither T nor B get 270 EC votes it goes to the House. Each state gets one vote. Most likely based on the party affiliation of the congress critters.

GOP holds the majority in more states than CP-USA so it should go to Trump with Mostly Peaceful Protesting to celebrate. That is how Trump's strategy is explained in the VRWC.

Except, the votes will be certified. The Republican states have already declared, in particular, the "battleground" states as they've been called, will not go counter to the voters.

The only way Trump gets to 270 is to drop 30 pounds.

That's a different scenario, nothing to do with the one I posed

DT so far they have not alleged fraud in the courts, for fear of being caught in a lie. So I don't see how courts will find something that no one is alleging. It seems more theatrics, designed to whip people up, cause rash acts that can't be undone. Expect more of it as certification dates arrive.

It was a question about a hypothetical situation.

This is literally a thread about the election. Had you read it you might have noticed that.

Better explain it so that one is sure that "he" has a grasp of it. Apparently Google has let him down on this part of his "education".

Go back and read the entire and notice I have not used the offending word anywhere in this thread. You have, however, in accusing me of over-using.
