The judge who made this ruling was an Obama appointee. Rudy Giuliani responded immediately to this and said it was a tactical mistake by this Democrat. Rudy said this expedites the process because we can now move quickly to the Circuit Court and then to the Supreme Court. He said the Democrat should have dragged this out as long as he could, instead of acting so quickly.
