IF Biden is sworn in and the Republicans maintain control of the Senate Biden already has a big problem. The Senate has to confirm any cabinet appointee regardless of who Biden send's forth. This will be interesting as to how the Senate will hamstring Biden before Biden is out of the gate. With any luck Democratic chaos for sometime.
