Federal gun law violation, looking at more than losing the right to vote.

One might think loss of firearms looms larger than voting rights but maybe not

More absolute BS. The 1934, $200 tax is not in question. The 1986 act outlawing new production of the $200 taxed automatic weapons made the ‘34 act moot. In 1967, I bought a H&R, M-16A1, and payed $1,000 for the weapon plus $200 tax.

I gave the gun to my son in 2,001. He paid the $200 tax and it was his.... in 2005, he decided to sell the M-16 and his UZI.

              The two sales netted $29,050.

Bottom line the Democrats have outlawed machine gun ownership by the average citizen... left wing Democrat billionaires are, of course, able to own 1,000’s of them and legally transfer them to their corporation and allow their employees to use them per their wishes.

Trying to remember who would have signed the 1986 bill into law. A young Barack, probably.

FOPA of 86, and the attached Hughes amendment was signed by Ronald Reagan,

it was one of the 1000 cuts inflicted on gunowners,

not sure what this has to do with anything, since any 07\SOT can make them by the bucket loads,, they just cannot be transferred to civilians
