NYC or Chicago or Baltimore or (add one here )need to look at city leadership, then state leadership, not feds,

unless you really want the president to be a dictator or 'Leader of State' and have control over all of it,

Just think when President Harris takes office the NSDWP can now shoulder all the blame. "Ours" are prime examples of ineptitude and outstanding at that!

My comment was related to how politicians spin credit/blame for job creation. Someone twisted that into a statement about whether presidents are on the hook for local crime, with a "you democrats" label needlessly tossed in for fun. I gave that comment a worthy reply.

Do I hang the current NYC/CHI troubles on Trump? Not specifically, no. But I don't see him as trying to be part of the solution either. At this point he's pretty much tuned out the job.

The 'fun' will really start when Biden is ousted from office and Harris takes over!

Biden just broke his foot, wonder what other "accidents" will happen to him?

You put a lot of work into that one.

But you already know the answer,

"Dimocraps at any level of office share in the blame."

And for your part you said SP's post was weak, but you didn't say HOW. More like, you didn't like it, so it's weak. All he was doing is summarizing a decade's worth of attitudes seen here.

nope, like you it was an attempt to divert blame ,

                  common for you democrats,
blame a president for a state or city matter,

                  was what I typed

you brought in Trump and assumed I am a Trumpist

                  Ooh, you democrats,

Sure I know you Trumpists hate it when anyone connects the dots back to him.

as far as weak, that part was obvious,, well to most, apparently,,,,

notice I did not take sides in the question, (no matter who is in the Chair)

                  so

how does a sitting president (regardless of D, R or I after the name) take the blame for a problem (violence or other) in a city?

When they justify it in the bogus name of "social justice," make excuses for those doing it, as the mayor of NYC did, & the State Dictator also.

Good question for the time machine, how they did it. But they did.

Google the phrase "Obama BLM blame" and you see articles that discuss how conservatives regularly blamed Obama for "the war on police" as one example.

SP's post is well in the black (pun intended).

duck and weave vs twist and turn?

weak answer, meaning you don't have one?

was the war on police in one town, many, or part of Fast N Furious w/ Holder?

Badgering for its own sake now? If you can't see the point that's being made, repeating it endlessly won't solve anything.

Let's put a pin in this one and see who blames Biden for what in 2021.

                            no discussing the future,

you jumped in and commented, pebbles went radio silent,

so answer the question, not badgering, but you are ducking
