Britons Believe Black Lives Matter Has Increased Racial Tensions

Majority of Britons Believe Black Lives Matter Has Increased Racial Tensions

Interesting poll in Brition..I wonder what a similar poll in the US would show.

An outright majority of Britons believe the Black Lives Matter movement has increased racial tensions, along with a 44 per cent of people from ethnic minorities.

According to an Opinium survey of over 2,000 people, some 55 per cent of Briton’s believe Black Lives Matter has made race relations in society worse rather than better.

The remaining 45 per cent of respondents were not all actively opposed to this idea, either, with the figure for people who actively disagreed standing at just 17 per cent.

It's a series of islands. They're always tense about something.

Ever encounter English tourists on the continent? Americans can be positively charming in comparison.

Have you ever been to England or the UK?

Well, the question was directed at Sam. Hopefully he will answer.

There has been a similar poll. Most Americans believe the BLM actions have made race relations worse.

Why would I want an English passport when I am an American unlike yourself!

Same here. There's an Armenian restaurant on Trafalgar Square. If you eat there, check your bill very carefully.

we ate dinner one night at a chain type restaurant on Trafalgar Square,

lunch at one of the museums was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had,

we ate mostly at pubs, or since the wife is celiac, shopped at a local sainsbury and ate in the room at night
