Dominion ballots print out a scantron form that is reviewed by the voter and submitted. There is a paper record.

From what I can find they are based in Toronto and Denver, and incorporated into 28 states.

To confirm it was properly entered on the screens.

Who better to catch a misread, be it accidental or deliberate?

Now I would think a paper ballot scanned is better, but Georgia is at least back to having slips of paper somewhere in the process, which is an improvement.

Once Georgia re-introduced a paper trail, the party not running the elections won a close one statewide.
