If the Supreme Court decided to cancel the election result ...

because of flagrant fraud and unconstitutional goings on.
New elections would have to be scheduled.
Question: who would be in charge in the interim ?
Would it be Trump or Pelosi ?
Presumably, this would be unprecedented, so how
would it be handled ? Somebody would have to
keep the ship of state afloat. So who would it be ?

Whomever is House Speaker on 20 January when those terms expire, both P and VP, moves up to fill the office. And there's no provision for it being "acting-temporary".

So no election redo, just a 4 year term for the history books.

It isn't going to come to that.

I believe the Constitution provides that Congress will then decide the presidency, no new election. Each State gets one vote in the House and a majority vote in the Senate.

As it was constituted prior to election, or after ?

              The question is:

What will the clowns that 'ignore the rule of law", do when the 76 MILLION, who did, DON"T!

Now this is something I would pay a dollar and a quarter to see!

Looks to me like people are hoping for an epic display of Conservative legislating from the bench. Y'all remember when you thought that was a bad idea right?

Related question. Do people think Trump has the cojones to try for Martial Law? If it doesn't work he's looking at ADX Florence. Given a choice between Trump and Biden, I think the brass chooses Biden in a heartbeat.

Good question. What exactly would they be fighting for? Stability is the easy answer here.

It won't happen for various reasons, previously stated. Talk is cheap, so is an internet connection at Starbucks.
