    Only kill when it's absolutely necessary.
    For example; If you see a bullet coming toward you.

    It's called "The Soldier's Dilemma" -- A soldier is responsible for his actions, so every time he is in combat, he faces the possibility of being charged with a crime if he shoots the wrong person -- and death if he doesn't.

      Actually, it was in WW2 in the Pacific when troops couldn't trust a surrendering Jap. They made them strip down to nothing. Even 'dead' japs were given another bullet just to be sure they were dead.
