    Here comes

When the Supremes declined to hear the challenge to PA election rules, it was 4 yes, 4 not yet. They didn't say 'not my job'.

This thing is ballistic now for 2020, although Alito always has a bug up his butt about something. Even when he wins he complains.

      Other thought....

If they decline on 11:58 Tuesday, SS Pennsylvania slips into the Safe Harbor, no further litigation need be considered under Federal law.

They might have moved the state's deadline for filing their brief up for that purpose.

In the 6 close states that went for Biden,

Every vote has a paper trail,

                  Leading to a voter registration,

                  In a public database.

Tell me the method by which someone can generate fake ballots in any sizable quantity, and not have it be detected.

I heard the paper had disappearing ink.

I don't have time for untethered conspiracy stuff if that is what you are getting at.

In these states, every ballot counted, has piece of paper associated with it. Even Georgia, now.

Count the pieces of paper by machine, or by hand, you get numbers which are very close.

Ballots counted are cross-checked against ballots issued, and against registrations.

In states with same-day registration, it can take time to update the databases.

The voter stuff (except how individuals voted) is public info. There will be plenty of time between elections for someone to drill down and find a discontinuity in the data, if one exists.

But I have the feeling that after 20-January, no one on the Trump side is going to do a serious analysis.

Just like they stopped talking about "Hunter's hard drive" after the election.

True, Democrats bend over for something else.

Any and all pending suits arguing from the same set of facts (or lack thereof) can expect the same fate.
