The Executive Director for The American Center for Law & Justice says...

Jordan Sekulow: "THE BIG decision by SCOTUS may be today or this weekend." He also pointed out that this might go against Trump. All the court would have to do is refuse to hear the case. They have done this many times in the past.

Another factor that no one has mentioned is this. Over the last several years Justice Breyer, a Democrat has voted with the Republicans about half of the time.

Last point. The only people I would like to respond to this post are those who can stay on topic. We are now at one of the most critical points in our country's history. The outcome will determine if our grandchildren will grow up in a democracy or a fascist state with all that entails. If you want to write about what you like to eat and drink please start another thread in another place.

Facists always have a leader who they follow unquestionably. Of the two candidates, which harps endlessly about his supporters and subordinates needing to display loyalty in all things?

If you want to look for facists, start there, with the Fuhrerprinzip.

So we're the party of lists now? -- anonymous GOP House member, upon declining to sign on to Rep. Mike Johnson's list, which Trump said he would carefully review.

Sid as you know it is often easier not to do something then to do something, personally I think the court will punt this one. I hope I am wrong, I really do.

Sedition won't win over the bench?

Packing it, as Hiden said he would form a commission to "study," may do the trick.

You might want to stop reading Trump's tweets for any relevant information.

Before I imposed a national news blackout on myself, I HEARD the MF say that in response to a question he was asked by an ass-kissing reporter right after the Barrett confirmation.

Will Rogers' quip about not belonging to any organized political party is a long way from Trump's demands for public loyalty lists on penalty of retribution.

It's one thing to be loved by many, and quite another to be feared.

                    Do you drink?

If so, raise a glass tonight. Federalism lives, and with it the right of the voters to have their say. Losing with dignity is part of it too.

No Trump supporter "fears" him--HOW fkng idiotic to say that! He represents our values, he is our spokesman while RINOs cower, THAT is why we'll NEVER give up on him!

Where's the dignity in pretending you weren't cheated? Like National Hero John Lewis who refused to attend Trump's inauguration, I hope Trump will refuse to attend the travesty of Hiden's. And then, the next day, following the glorious example of the Women's Hate March, lead a National Resistance March in DC.

He's also a loser. Do you share that value?

Nobody who still has the support & loyality of millions is a loser.

All evidence in this world shows Trump lost fairly, with some close margins in a handful of states. In your alt-world I know it says something else. You probably shouldn't have gone down that rabbit hole.

Good enough to win in 2016 by less, but not enough to lose in 2020?

                              Some conspiracy.
