    My Trump Post-Mortem

    EC has voted, so here it is.

    The nastiest anti-Trump campaign ads were produced by conservatives.

    Some of the most unsparing judicial opinions written in the post-election litigation were penned by conservative judges, in some cases new on the job.

    Conservatives who were not in need of or threatened by Trump's power decided, in enough numbers at the ballot box, and in the courtroom,

    that going forward, forging a (temporary no doubt) alliance with liberals and progressives to drive Trump from power was the lesser of two evils.

    Vernon is free to explain to everyone why they were wrong.

            If someone wants a puzzle to chew on, why did Trump actively discourage his supporters to avoid mail-in ballots? It was a legal and efficient channel for voting, so why not have his voters use it? You ex-LEOs, what was Trump's motive?

              Absentee and mail-in are different;
              Absentee are legal.
              Mail-in mostly not.

                That is incorrect.

                States set procedures for voting by mail, and if those procedures were executed properly, the ballot is counted.

                      Guess your many decades don't include the Clinton ban, GCA of NFA! Luckily the few conservatives worth a hoot limited Clinton's ban to ten years.

                          If your friend did research, he'd discover that the color coding is by county or other function like outgoing/incoming ballots, not party affiliation. Now if a USPS employee dumped a bunch of ballots because of color, there will be a deficit, an electronic trail.

                          Two of the hazards of mail in voting are:

                          1. Blown delivery by USPS, because Louis DeJoy and all that,

                          2. Mistake is made in the paperwork that cannot be rectified because you're not there on election day
