Some way? The State Dictator has been saying for months that, because Trump didn't prevent the epidemic when he "easily" could, of course it's all his fault! That's why, he says over & over again in every press conference, it's the responsibility of the fed gov't to pay off NYS enormous debt--6 billion $.

Now a simple minded person might think a state burdened with such debt would be cutting back on unnecessary spending. IT'S THE OTHER WAY ROUND! NYS is building new roads & bridges, other building projects, handing out grants to "art" projects, etc., like it was Saudi Arabia.
Does something like 200 million spent on upgrading Olympic venues seem necessary in such a financial crisis?
