    Philadelphia is the best city in America to commit a murder

    Here are some stats from a recent edition of the left wing rag called the Philadelphia Inquirer.

    Only 1 in 5 murderers is ever arrested. Of this wonderful group only 9% are ever convicted! Now, can you guess the ethnic or racial identity of the killers. Well, I will give you a hint. They are not Quakers.

    Philly is also the poorest of all the big cities in this country. More than 25% of the population is on welfare.

    A good friend of mine for years was a LEO there he quit because of the BS there he found another job he is a good LEO
