Some work on how to put it all on paper. It won't take long. Money going every which way. Probably extensions of rent forgiveness(but not forever) and other extensions. Maybe another year of freebee's and then it's sink or swim.

A massive recession/depression in the making for the near future.
To make up for some of it, those of us who work or have anything will be taxed to h3ll and back.
The stimulus money of $1200 and now $600 (?) was probably a good thing but the extra $600 a week unemployment money and now the extra $300 (?) per week unemployment money doesn't give many any incentive to find work.
I don't understand how the rent and mortgage forgiveness/postponement works. If it is financed through the federal programs, sure, but what about local banks and individuals? Is the government telling them they can't collect or foreclose? Are they left holding the bag or does the government reimburse them? I don't think I would want to be a landlord right now. Even if reimbursed, think of all the paperwork.
