    Fifty-eight more people died of drug overdoses in San Francisco last month [November], then lasr year bringing the yearly total to at least 621. That compares to 441 deaths in all of 2019.

          I judge it meaningless because you haven't given it any meaning. You just took two mortality statistics out of a pile and compared them side by side. You could have included deaths by kidney disease in there too for all it would matter.
