That's the Dunning-Krueger Effect. Incompetent people think they're extremely competent because they're not competent enough to know how incompetent they are. Joe Biden is an example.

There was a natural diminishment of restuarant dining anyway so the percentage is of course smaller. It's still risky. I haven't been in any kind of fast food place or otherwise since March. I am not all that frightened about dining out, just I think its a little too expensive(very cheap guy). I figure I've several several hundred dollars by eating at home and I think it's safer and better for you.

I just opened a can of Spam out of my emergency rations kit this morning and fried it and made an
egg and Spam and cheese sandwich this morning.. and it was good!.....Reminds me of my real younger days when my mother in the 40's.
