The European Union could be breaking up ...

instigated by Britain's exit. Sweden, Italy and Poland are all
talking possible exit, plus Spain is mad at losing their fishing rights,
all mostly due to Brussel's mismanagement.

THE EUROPEAN UNION was warned by Sweden that Brexit could spark calls for "Swexit" amid the UK's historic trade talks breakthrough.

Looks as though next year will be as "Interesting" as this one was.

UK tabloid spinning the fact that the UK got the short end of it in Brexit negotiations with the EU. The reality is that the rest of the EU looked at what is happening to the UK and wants no part of it.

The Brits should have read this parable before they joined the EU.

The Parable of the Wolf, the Horse and the Man

All the animals were oppressed by a fierce wolf. Unable to deal with his depredations, they asked Man for help. Man said, "I will be glad to save you from this monster, but Horse must lend me his speed and strength."

"I am willing to do whatever I must," said Horse. So the man fashioned a saddle and bridle and mounted Horse. Together they ran down and speared Wolf.

The animals all rejoiced, and Horse said, "Now that our common enemy is dead, remove your saddle and bridle and restore to me my freedom."

"The hell you say," said Man. "Giddyup, Dobbin!"

UK tabloids and media is a lot like US media,

it says one thing, and the majority of the people outside the big cities think another,

Tabloid indicates the Size NOT the content of a newspaper.
Dly Express is a Tabloid. Sunday Express is a Broadsheet.

Just another word that's been subverted.

I had a customer that was an ExPat,
he was upset when the UK joined the EU,

we were talking one day after I had returned from London,
the local papers had many deals for flights from London to Spain and Italy cheaper (at the time) than I could fly to just about any where in the US,

he told me that he , and others, enjoyed cheap vacations or weekends to Spain or Italy, pre Euro,
flight down, hotel etc and it was cheaper than a weekend in the UK,,,

then 'unification' and the euro drove prices up, so those deals went away

              Which one has two-ply sheets?
