She was a 36 year old woman who actually looked pretty good. As I mentioned in another thread she was a 14 year Air Force vet with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Shot while looking through a broken window.

Before the Capitol storming it was already being called a mob and the soothsayers had already predicted an attack of terror.

I was delighted to see the Capitol surrounded at first. Finally the silent majority was speaking up. An hour later the wrong publicity was unfolding.
In the 90's I was part of a crowd that surrounded the Capitol in Springfield IL. Nothing like what we all just saw ever happend.
Best part back then was the legislators got the message and revised the nasty bill we were protesting.

in 2020 I was in a similar crowd here at our state capitol,

the Gov tried his best to paint us a terrorist, bubba's , Alt Right etc etc, so he could get his agenda thru,

he succeeded to get a few things passed, but not the big stuff,
and then did everything he could to prevent us from a similar gathering this year,

I'll be there with a lot of like minded people this year,
