Wasn't the first "stimulus" an advancement on 2021 tax refund one might get? With tax time just around the corner and people NEEDING MONEY how will slo joe handle this? People have short memories so this will be interesting how slo joe's IRS will handle this. People will be "upset" that no money will be coming to them or worse yet THEY OWE MONEY!
