A kid who saw his father on line in the DC incident turns his father in

    Kid turns in his father....

And just as happened in Nazi Germany kids are turning in their parents like this as another kid turns in his parent for being involved in the WH rioting...

The Teen, 18, says he feels 'guilty' for reporting his dad to FBI for taking part in MAGA riot - but is now in HIDING because his father warned him 'traitors get shot'

Jackson Reffitt said he was in contact with the FBI after the DC riot on January 6
His father, Guy Reffitt, 48, was arrested Friday at his home in Wylie, Texas
Reffitt Jr. said Saturday he had not spoken with his dad since his arrest

He is no longer staying at the family home; he would not reveal his location

Sounds like he did the right thing.

I can tell you from some experience that not only to kids turn in their parents, parents turn in their kids more frequently than you think.

Sometimes justifiably. I have in mind a Practical Nurse who worked with my wife -- her son was on work-release from prison, walked away from the work-release program, came home and was burglarizing the neighbors' homes.

Not quite the same..and that son sounded like a dirt bag to start with....Sounds like the farther is just being charged with trespassing (being there!) as most of the others were not charged unless involved in something bad as apparently there were too many there..

Just to put it into perspective..I just wonder how many poster's on here would feel if their son intentionally contacted the FBI and turned you in because he saw you in a crowd on the news at the WH and especially not knowing if you actually did anything but was just there..... ...Apparently RKT you would feel you would do it I gather!...Lol

How about it RKT...Apparently you would feel OK!,,,Lol
Ray there is the small matter of the "traitors get shot" remark. Family business in aired in public usually smells bad to everyone else. Hard for me to second-guess at this distance. And some at the Capitol were very clearly in the wrong. Not all, but some.

The FBI already knew he was there. Feelings don't matter before the law.

I understand that several men have been turned in by former wives or girlfriends. A woman scorned.......etc.

Do you turn your cellphone off when you go places?

                      I've got news for you.

Prosecute him for a federal crime, and for threatening his son.

Defend him if you want. Book 'em Dano!

I believe the father is being charged regarding his part in the riot.... The kid would have to file charges against the dad himself regarding the threats
