I worked for someone like that once,

every 3rd word was um or ah,,


we had to do 'huddles' every morning before opening,
discuss yesterdays sales etc, and what the goals for today etc etc

5 minutes, and I counted 115 ums and ahs,


sad part was we (management types) were taught not to ever use those words,

take 5 minutes to prepare what you have to say and you won't need them as fillers
