So long as they keep increasing testing at rates which exceed the infection rate, the positivity numbers will continue to reflect a drop. New daily infections are still above 1200, yet the positivity rate has dropped 7.5%?
Many of those people tested have been through the line more than once. Some test weekly and some three times a week.
