Obama was the POS who said the only way that Israel could achieve peace with the Arabs was to return to the pre-1967 borders. This meant the country would be only 8 miles wide. The way it works with say Putin or another world leader is the aids on both sides schedule a call, work out an agreed time. The call is already established when the principles are patched in. There is no "who is calling who?" element to it, by design.
