I didn't read so far into it like the rest of you. Its only Biden. Keep it simple.
Remember even Obama had to muzzle his ramblings, put him on a leash, and hide him whenever important guests came to call.

If anything truly important comes up, somebody else is behind it. Who knows? They might have gotten him out of DC so they could discuss that special investigating committee the Dems are putting together. Federal law enforcement agencies apparently aren't doing things fast enough for them.
