                  Many years ago, Maryland had a tourism slogan, "Maryland is for crabs!" Virginia's tourism slogan was "Virginia is for lovers!" It was not unusual to see a couple walking down the street, one wearing a Virginia T-shirt, the other wearing a Maryland T-shirt
