there was a segment on the morning talk radio that was discussing this,

can't remember the name of the person being interviewed, thought he was a reporter but he sounded more like someone taking up for the administration,

he kept mentioning the notes and teleprompter, and how that was what they decided to keep Joe on track,

kept repeating they ,,

During his covid memorial speech, he lost his train of thought a couple of times. Just mumbled while he looked at the teleprompter with a lost and bewildered expression on his face.Recovered although not very well one time. Nothing that doesn't happen to people who have been around a while, but it isn't a sign of strength on the international level.
Then there is Harris. The "empowered modern woman". Half of her PC babble is more frightening than a Trump tantrum.
