so taking out the cooties, deaths are 126, that is down from the previous year,

Flu is endemic, and LEOs had the option of a flu shot. Covid-19 is a pandemic, brand new, nobody has immunity, and the world spent a good chunk of 2020 trying to lay low.

Cops didn't have that option, nor did medical personnel in Covid wards. Do you disagree with medicos who caught it at work and died having their deaths categorized as job related?

Other numbers down is interesting, especially given all the press about mobs taking over in 2020. Maybe that part wasn't as bad as some would have us believe?

Why take out the cooties, it killed too.. Generally most people didn't have to be close to people that had the virus..but officers had too during arrests there they could be exposed much the same as the medical personal...And the country was on a halfway lock down because of the virus which means less people out and less contacts. I wonder what the rate would have been if the virus was not there!...........

no, but as someone that was working in a business that was considered essential in this state, I don't see how my contact with people would be proven if I had caught, (or catch) the Rona,

-did they catch it on the job? from a neighbor? at the 7-11? etc etc etc

I'm sure that with almost 4 million people that died from the virus in the country that there would have been more then only 228 police officers who died from it so these must be directly contributed, some how to the job...
