One at a time.
They no longer need approval from the people for whatever Bills
or laws the pass as they have discovered the way to stay in
power - counting the ballots. But to give the impression of their
adherence to all things legal and above board, they need to have
their agenda voted on and approved. What better way to achieve
this when the Senate votes are still a thing to be reckoned with than
to abolish the Filibuster. What with that and the added protection of
the Vice President's deciding vote, it renders the republicans no more
than mere observers to the democrat version of bi-partisan debate.
They apparently have no fear of it coming back to bite them at some
point in the future - probably with good reason.

Kids teacher yesterday was telling her that the Senate should be 50% women because thats "fair".

Nothing to do with desire to be there, willingness to work to get there or your ability making you the person for the job.....nope....arbitrary characteristics get certain set aside places because......."fair".
