Two St. Louis Police officers were charged Wednesday with the rape or sexual assault of four women, and a third officer was charged with tampering with an assault witness involved in the case, numerous sources reported.

Every time something like this happens I wonder if there's stuff on their records that could have predicted an eventual bad outcome. Would have been nice to get bad cops off the street before they earned their prison time. Let them go into a different line of work where their power over their fellow citizens is much reduced. Good for everyone that way.
