what about the roads already 200' or more above sea-level? There's a job for togor. Raise the road going up Pikes Peak, only togor would be able to understand the logic in that.

A flood sucks. We got flooded when I was a kid. Our SE got clobbered just last week. Australia is flooding now on top of being overrun with rats and spiders. Prior to this is was huge fires. Dang it can be a tough world.
