Nancy Pelosi did what???

Proposed bill to stack the SCOTUS was shot down in its tracks by Nancy today. She put the kibosh on it and wouldn't consider hearing it let alone put it to committee.

Can't help but wonder what's going on in the back of her mind.

Did you see the legislative Sod's Opera that sponsored the bill? Even if it got through the House of Degenerates it would get burned at the stake in Senate.

Pelosi isn't actually stupid. Her margin of error in the House right now is only three votes, and she knows that if she tried to ram this through (not a sure thing with her very thin majority) she would probably lose at least a dozen seats in the next election on top of the usual mid term losses. The same goes for the reparations bill that's up now.

Both the House and Senate leaders will very seldom allow a bill to come to a vote that they know will fail. Especially if it will come with a lot of collateral damage on election day.
