According to Snopes, there is no evidence that the person in question used donations to BLM to fund the purchase of the house. According to Snopes, she has written a best selling book and has received considerable speaking fees and this money was apparently how she could purchase the house

I've been told anything from Snopes is open to question as it has a far left slant....

But anyway here is a statement that BLM reportedly brought in $90 million in donations last year, and questions have emerged about if or how Cullors is paid by the organization and how much she has contributed to charity, per Daily Mail. A New York City organizer for the group Newsome is demanding accountability of Cullors's financials. "We need black firms and black accountants to go in there and find out where the money is going," he said.
