Sad case. The girl sure looked as if about to eviscerate the other girl, and paid with her life. A lot of scars from this..... and a shame others won't look, and learn.

What she is doing by sitting in the middle of the road in a traffic lane, is against the law and is called obstructing traffic.. that includes the number 2 person also...They are not above the law even if they think the law doesn't apply to them.
