DC is a cesspool today! Much worse than when only the politicians lived there! I was there once back in 1972. Drove all over the city. I noticed the squirels were mostly black and the general human population 90% black.

The monuments and museums are pretty cool.

Last time I was there you couldn't swing a dead cat without hitting a Chinese tourist.

many things have changed since then,

pre Cooties I was in DC at least 4x's a year for concerts, and in the NOVA area for the Nations Gun Show (where I am as I type)



there are still some really crappy areas, as in deep hood, and the entire metro is very very diverse (as far as varieties of brown, )
