Coca-Cola Under Fire for Legally Questionable Racial Quota System

Racial Quota System.. Does sounds like discrimination to me!.

An anti-discrimination group is challenging Coca-Cola?s attempt to impose racial quotas on outside counsel.

Writing on behalf of the Project on Fair Representation, D.C. attorney Boyden Gray accused Coca-Cola of violating the Civil Rights Act with a new rule, which would punish contracted law firms unless a certain percentage of their billed associates are "diverse attorneys."

Many moons ago, the wife was taking some college classes ,

one of the business/law/hr classes ( I cannot remember the name)
in one class she had a classmate was working for Pepsi, and needed some classes to continure her employment/advancement,

she was in the local plant/distro center HR dept,
she made a point to tell everyone in that class that when she got the HR position, the only folks she would hire would be of color,


she kept her word,


Pepsi and Coke are predominately Minority from the Sales Reps on down, and the Supervisory staff/account exec's were about 50/50
