She was a solid conservative back when Trump was voting in Democratic primaries in NY.

I don't think she has changed, so much as the party has.

I know how she feels.

There ought to be a place in the party for people like her, long after that orange fart in the wind has dissipated. But I wouldn't bet on it right now.

Well booting her out of the House leadership wasn't a Wyoming decision. As for those voters having their say, kinda obvious. And hard to see any opinions here (including this one) on any subject actually mattering in the Grand Scheme. We do this for entertainment.

as far as the OMB comments, remember, Trump was not liked by many in his own party,

so to suggest he has that big a following now may be a bit of overstatement

If you know how Liz Cheney feels, does she feel like a democrat? Rather than vote against her own party she could have missed the vote.

The democrats block vote, but every one of them see things exactly the same way? Cheney voiced her dislike for Trump before this happened, and this gave her the opportunity to show how much her dislike was. There are consequences for her actions.

Nine other House Republicans voted to impeach Trump. Nobody's talking about punishing them. Cheney's problems are twofold. First she won't shut up about it and let it go. Second, she's in leadership. Lacking either one of those I doubt this thread would exist.
