So....if for generations it was difficult for some folks to own real estate, to get the credit to buy a home in an area where property values were going to increase, with race being a factor, then what is that if not a lingering effect of slavery?

Disparity of rates of home ownership are cited as an example of a lingering effect.

what of the rich black , brown, yellow or whatever color folks that have money, are they also opposing inheritance taxes?
or are the coughing up checks?



re property, there are plenty of property owners in this area of all colors,

and the ones that don't own, cant afford, etc are off all color too,,
