Deputies will NOT be charged in shooting of drug dealer Andrew Brown

DA... Three N.C. deputies will NOT be charged in shooting of drug dealer Andrew Brown

Next will come the protests and riots

"DA rules three N.C. deputies will NOT be charged in 'justified' shooting of drug dealer Andrew Brown Jr: Bodycam is finally released showing cops fire five times as he drove off
District Attorney Andrew Womble announced the ruling at a news conference on Tuesday in Elizabeth City

Andrew Brown Jr was shot five times outside his home on April 21 by deputies attempting to serve drug-related search and arrest warrants
Womble said a state investigation found that the deputies' use of force against Brown was reasonable

The DA also played previously unseen body-camera video of the shooting

It shows the deputies confronting Brown with their guns drawn as he sat behind the wheel of his car

Womble later came under fire from reporters who asserted that the heavily-edited video showed Brown was trying to drive away from the officers, not into them
Womble countered that Brown was attempting to use the car as a 'deadly weapon'

He noted that no weapon was found in Brown's vehicle and he was not known to carry weapons

Womble said an official autopsy has not been finalized but preliminary results showed Brown had crystal meth in his mouth when he died
A chunk of crystal meth as big as 'a 50-cent piece' was found in Brown's car, Womble said

Attorneys for Brown's family said they plan to a federal lawsuit against the Pasquotank County Sheriff's Office
They will also petition the Justice Department to file federal charges against the three cops who shot Brown"

Will be interesting to see the video. He was no saint but let's see what they say constitutes a legitimate threat to blue lives. American cops are unique in the first world for the amount of deadly force they use, and get away with.

You did see his rap sheet right!.. He also had coke on him when killed...By his arrest records he was far from an up right citizen. And all of his arrests took the police away from their other police duties and also cost the tax payer a lot of money.

But who, but you, would be concerned about the amount of deadly force the police used and got away with in this case!

Shooting was justified from all angles UNLESS one is a supporter of criminal elements. I watched the whole release and questions by the prosecutor. The actor was engaged in a hostile manner with a lethal weapon that kills every hour innocent people.
Trying to justify the actors illegal actions one must question why anyone will try and defend the criminal assault on a duly/trained law enforcement officer[s] in their performance of their legal duties enforcing a felony warrant[s].

I'll say it....the whole judge, jury, executioner schtick gives me a bad feeling.

            You know it happens.

Until we see the video, we can't say it didn't happen here.
