Brown shot twice not five times by police and as usual protests begin

Brown faced more than 100 charges over three decades, ranging from misdemeanors for breaking and entering, making threats and assault with a deadly weapon, to six felony drug convictions.

"Official autopsy of Andrew Brown Jr. reveals he was shot TWICE by cops and not five times

Protesters take to the streets as family hit out at DA's decision NOT to charge cops who opened fire and vow legal action

Andrew Brown Jr's official autopsy shows that he died from being shot twice by sheriffs, not five times

Preliminary results from the medical examiner showed he was shot in the right shoulder and back of the head"

    Rebuttal to the family's attorney:
Resisting arrest, evading capture, possesion of crystal meth, and using a vehicle as a lethal weapon against law enforcement officers, is what you deem rational behavior?
Asking for an investigation then protesting the legal findings is rational?
Canonizing a low life POS as a role model to children is rational?

What matchbook cover correspondence law school did you graduate from?

What difference does it make if his fatal wounds were caused by 2 bullets instead of 5?

I didn't say anything at all about bullets. Did I?

Read my post again without reading between lines (there is nothing there)
In case you missed it, my words were aimed at the attorney's comments which are spelled out in the story.

JB was replying to the OP.

Ray: justice should be in the courts, not out of the barrel of a police gun. That's why we call LEOs "officers of the court" even though in traffic stops they're anything but.

Like I said, judge, jury, executioner .... is a problem. For those keeping score, the same is said about Waco and Ruby Ridge.

Oh, good move. Sort of like putting your hand up moving me aside while you talk around me to Ray. All I can do is stand here grinning for now.

If they start swinging I'll try to break it up. Unless they start swinging in the dancing sense. I'll just cover my eyes and let them have their fun.

JB I had no quibble with your post, was replying to the OP.

Ray's vision of street justice plays directly into BLM hands. Once your rap sheet is long enough, it's open season on your sorry ass for the boys in blue. And who's to say how long or short the rap sheet needs to be? The cops, apparently.

Legitimate self defense is another thing entirely, but that's not the argument being put forth, is it.

Did you not read that he was trying to run over an officer!

Let's see the video. Written reports have proven to be unreliable.

His rap sheet is not grounds for execution by the police.

Remember cops have way more to lose than to gain if justice starts being meted out on the streets, instead of in courtrooms. Plain and simple, cops are outnumbered.

Don't celebrate his rap sheet as after-the-fact grounds for shooting him.
