UAE tells Hamas to stop making trouble or face serious consequences

Here is one of the most important countries in the Arab world siding with Israel in the current struggle. The obvious reason for the current attacks by Hamas, which is controlled by Iran, is to break up the Abraham accords which were negotiated by Trump. These had the potential to leave Iran isolated in the Moslem world.

Anything that upsets Iran's apple cart is a good thing. Sincerely. bruce.

Didn't know Vern was a big fan of Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

              Trump didn't work hard enough.

it's just a proxy war between the 2 sides of the religion,

Saudi's and Iranians don't get along, but won't attack each other directly,

Nuts & bolts article (not overtly political) about role US played so far in the cease-fire. In a nutshell they tried a low-key approach through intermediaries instead of getting sucked into the vortex as Kerry did in 2014, which in hindsight prolonged negotiations.
