Cotton said he had received hundreds of complaints via his woke military whistleblower website

'We're hearing reports of plummeting morale, growing mistrust between the races and sexes,' he said
And he claimed diversity training amounted to 'anti-American indoctrination'

Austin said he did not think the military was institutionally racist but had its challenges 'like any organization'
