Insane California new gun law

I caught the tail end of a news cast. Said some city in CA passed a law requiering firearm owners to pay a fee for each firearm. How will those fees be set for different firearms? Another reason to move out of CA!

In behind the socialist lines in NYS King Cuomo was kicking around the same idea, banning all firearm insurance (Including the NRS) then wanting to set up a State run firearm insurance similar to what the left coast is doing. More corruption money to the politicians. Around that time two faced aka Big Gulp NYC Mayor Bloomberg tripled already high gun registration fees and more restrictions on long guns making it almost impossible to afford a shotgun in the City. The small store owners aka Bodegas in all the minority neighborhoods who all have shotguns in their stores banded together and sued the City as a violation of 2nd amendment right, cause only the wealthy can now afford a firearm. Bloomberg got his ass kicked in court and withdrew his law.

Point being, over in the left coast, commieville, those like myself still stuck in NYS (Got 2 more years & we are out of NY) will band together file a class action law suit against this law which violates 2nd amendment rights by making owning a firearm only for the wealthy. And they will win it.

Also from what I got from that news headline was that if a gun was stolen from a gun owner and used in a crime the gun owner would be liable legal wise!
