      Yes, people are tired of hearing that so many problems are due to the after effects of slavery-abolished in 1865, while there is a deafening silence on the ill effects of the high rate of illegtimacy.

            Yup, DEMOCRAT George Wallace, and DEMOCRAT Ross Barnett used hoses and dogs against black demonstrators who were truly peacefull.

            Difference would have been, Seattle, Portland and Chicago anarchy could have been quelled early on. By the way, the choice to use hoses and dogs was made by local state governors.

                The Civil Rights Movement was a push for equal rights for individuals, rights that already existed in law, and the elimination of skin color, ethnicity and ancestry as legal forms of discrimination. Now the push is for group identity and privileges.
